A little soreness - but that’s really in my belly with all these situps. Well not that many - did 60 this time, 30 pushups.
I’m starting to get some muscle memory back - to find my pace. Wind isn’t as bad as it seems, its just the extra 15lbs that’s holding me back, I’m somewhere around 165.
